SaaS platformFor garment manufacturers and their buyers

cbThread

One request. One thread. Both companies.

cbThread is a shared workspace for the requests that pass between a garment manufacturer and its buyers: lab dips, strike-offs, samples. Each request is raised on the manufacturer’s own form, and its files, comments and the buyer’s decision stay together on one page that both companies see.

Once the buyer approves, the request is locked as a record of exactly what was agreed. Dashboards on both sides show what’s pending, so nobody has to ask for a status update.

Highlights

  • Ten garment request types to start, from lab dips to TOP samples, each with its own form
  • Comments and attachments on the request, seen by both companies
  • Approve or reject in one step; approved requests are locked
  • Buyers work with several manufacturers from one sign-in
  • An email when someone comments, with a link straight to it
  • A separate database for every manufacturer, and an audit trail of every change

cbFinn

Invoice in minutes. Keep everything in one place.

cbFinn gives a business one structured place for its invoices, income and expenses. Set it up once with your company details, items, HSN/SAC codes and tax rates, and every invoice after that follows them: made in a few clicks, with a live A4 preview that matches the PDF.

Invoices go out in one click, by email with the PDF attached and a Pay Now link for your client. You note each payment as it comes in and log expenses with their receipts, so nothing has to be hunted down later. At month-end, the statement goes to your CA in one click.

Highlights

  • Set up once with your own items, HSN/SAC codes and tax rates
  • Tax calculated automatically from the rates you set up
  • A live A4 preview that matches the printout and the PDF
  • One-click email with the PDF attached and a Pay Now link
  • Record each payment in full or in part, choosing how it was paid: bank transfer, UPI, cash, cheque or card
  • A monthly statement in Excel, downloaded or emailed to your CA in one click
  • Income and expenses side by side, with each expense’s receipt attached
